Indian wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik has become everyone’s favorite with his new stint in the commentary box. He has been receiving praises from all corners for his commentary and detailed analysis of the match. He is currently in England as a broadcaster and he is making it count there.
Recently, DK interviewed India skipper Virat Kohli ahead of the first Test match against England, where the Indian skipper talked about his personal life and the ups and downs he faced in his journey with the Indian cricket team.
DK is back again and this time the fans will get to see India’s star opener Rohit Sharma being interviewed. For the unversed, Sharma and DK share a great bond with each other and are best of friends. As the interview started, DK opened up on how he was there with Rohit when he entered international cricket during the ICC T20 World Cup 2007.
DK further talked about how the Indian opener has evolved as a person especially after marrying Ritika Sajdeh in 2015. While he was at it, DK hilariously trolled Rohit Sharma by revealing how he used to be a person who would cry after watching movies like Sooryavansham, and now his taste has improved. He said:
“Before marrying Ritika, Rohit Sharma was somebody who would cry looking at movies like Sooryavansham. After marriage, you now watch Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, How I Met Your Mother. Tell me a little about this,”
Responding to which, Rohit admitted that DK was right but that habit has changed now. He said:
“Who told you that? Yes, it has changed,”

Meanwhile, Rohit was seen in outstanding form on the opening day of the 2nd Test match against England at the Lord’s Cricket Stadium. While he played an amazing knock of 83 runs, he missed out on a well-deserved century.
