Dinesh Karthik Wrote The Most Beautiful Tweet For Pandya Brothers: Team India defeated England in the first ODI of the ongoing 3-match series at Pune. The 1st ODI also marked the debut of all-rounder Krunal Pandya and bowler Prasidh Krishna in international cricket and both the cricketers made dream debuts by playing an instrumental role in India’s win.

While Krishna picked a 4-wicket haul, on the other hand, Krunal Pandya scored a half-century and even picked a wicket. However, it was an emotional day for Krunal Pandya, who broke down after scoring a half-century.

Team India was in need of runs when Krunal walked in with all-guns-blazing and scored an unbeaten 58 off 31 balls. Post bringing up his half-century, Krunal looked at the sky and dedicated his knock to his late father, who passed away in January. Hardik Pandya, who was at the dugout stood up and applauded for his brother’s terrific knock. It was that moment when Hardik too couldn’t control his tears and was seen in tears.

Papa, with every ball you were always on my mind and in my heart. Tears rolled down my face as I felt your presence with me. Thank you for being my strength, for being the biggest support I’ve had. I hope I made you proud. This is for you Papa, everything we do is for you Papa ❤ pic.twitter.com/djQWaytETG

Later, after the match, during the interview, all that Krunal Pandya could manage to say was “This one is for my dad. It was very emotional.” Krunal then broke down in tears and Kartik asked him to take his time.

Meanwhile, Twitter was flooded with amazing reactions from netizens on it. Several cricketers, fans, and experts took to their social media and reacted to the emotional moment.

However, one of the most special tweets came from Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik, who penned down a beautiful tweet for Hardik and Krunal. In his tweet, DK shared the picture of the Pandya brothers, where Hardik can be seen in tears as Krunal celebrated his 50. DK talked about the beautiful bond shared by the Pandya brothers. DK was all praises for both the brothers. He also wished senior Pandya on his birthday. He wrote:

“The blurred foreground, a proud background and an even happier man up above watching them. What a fairytale game it was yesterday for @krunalpandya24 but more importantly this picture is a lot about @hardikpandya7 & his love for his brother, the bond they share as a family”

He added:

“and how they’ve gone from strength to strength post January when they met with a debacle. Much love brothers, and a very happy birthday to you @krunalpandya24″
