Duleep Trophy 2014: Day 2 of the semi-final between North Zone and Central Zone will attract many eye-balls, as India’s three out-of-favor stars Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir and Yuvraj Singh, will start their ‘Mission- World Cup’. Virender Sehwag, who made his last India appearance in March 2013 against Australia, will also be hoping to impress the selectors. Earlier, a BCCI official had said that the selectors might consider Sehwag for the slot of third opener.

YUVRAJ SINGH

The former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly has said that it will be difficult for Yuvraj and Sehwag to play in 2015 World Cup. Yuvraj Singh will play his first game at home since the IPL 7 earlier this year, and he will also be looking to make impression in the all-important game. .
