On Saturday, Suresh Raina joined MS Dhoni in the new journey of life as he announced his retirement from the international format of the game. Soon after MS Dhoni announced his retirement via an Instagram post, Suresh Raina too joined the club and posted a tweet announcing his retirement. Announcing his retirement, he wrote:
“It was nothing but lovely playing with you, @mahi7781 . With my heart full of pride, I choose to join you in this journey. Thank you India. Jai Hind!.”

Soon, the social media went into a frenzy and was flooded with heartfelt tributes for both the cricketers for their contribution to the Indian cricket team.
