Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s baby girl Vamika, who is adored by many, was clicked today by the cameraman during the ongoing second ODI match between India and South Africa in Cape Town. The little munchkin of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma was seen dressed in a pink frock.
Well, on Sunday, as team India played against South Africa at Cape Town, the official broadcaster of the match panned the camera to the stands showing his wife Anushka Sharma and Vamika cheering for Virat Kohli, who completed his half-century.

During the game, the live telecast showed Anushka Sharma in the stands with a clear view of her daughter in her arms. The camera focused on them for a few more seconds before the feed cut back to the ground. The video of the same has been going viral on the internet.
However, as the moment caught everyone’s attention, fans on social media came up with mixed reactions to it. While there were many who were left in awe of the beautiful family moment, on the other hand, there were many who slammed the broadcasters for breaching their privacy.
Notably, Virat and Anushka have been very protective about the privacy of Vamika and have time and again asked the media and their fans to respect their privacy. Therefore, as the broadcasters panned the camera, showing Vamika, fans were angered with what they saw as a breach of privacy.

Last year in December, when a section of the media shared her photos, Anushka and Virat made a request for Vamika’s privacy by releasing a statement that read: “We seek privacy for our child and would like to do our best to give her a chance to live her life freely away from media and social media. As she is older, we cannot restrict her movement and hence your support is needed so kindly practice (refrain) in the matter. A special thank you to fan clubs and people of the internet for going out of your way to not post images. It was kind and highly mature of you.”
