Former Australian Spinner Took A Dig At Team India But Got Trolled By The Fans

Virat Kohli led team India isn’t having a great time on the ongoing tour to New Zealand. So far the ongoing tour has been like a roller-coaster ride for the team. After winning the five-match T20I series with a clean sweep, the Indian cricket team failed in the three-match ODI series after getting whitewashed by the Kiwis. Team India continued with their horror run in the ongoing two-match Test series, where New Zealand are leading with 1-0.

New Zealand’s bowlers dominated Team India throughout the series. The bowling trio of Trent Boult, Tim Southee, and debutant Kyle Jamieson gave India a nightmare with their impeccable performance as they bowled the team out below 200 runs in both the innings.
Team India has put itself under the scanner after back-to-back defeats in the ongoing tour because of which they are getting trolled and criticized by fans and other prominent people from the cricket world.
On Monday, after team India succumbed to a 10-wicket loss in the first Test encounter against New Zealand, former Australia spinner Brad Hogg took a dig at the Indian cricket team by tweeting that the ongoing tour to New Zealand has become a sightseeing tour for team India. He wrote:
“India still have there troubles in New Zealand in test cricket. Batsmen have 5 days to find a way to play the seaming ball before Christchurch. First 2 weeks they meant business, next 4 weeks turning into a sightseeing tour.”

Well, his Tweet didn’t go down well with the Indian cricket fans who are now trolling him left, right and center for his remarks. Fans even reminded of the way Australian cricketers perform in Tests in India and even went ahead and reminded him of his own performances as a bowler.
