Umesh Yadav once again emerged out as the main limelight of the match as he went on to take a 10 wicket haul, including a 6-wicket haul in the first innings with a 4-wicket haul in the second. By doing so, the 30-year-old became only the third Indian pacer in Test cricket history to take 10 wickets in a match.

On the other hand, the openers KL Rahul and Prithvi Shaw played with no pressure. West Indies tried their best to take the match for the fourth day but the openers sealed the win in the third day itself by giving a beautiful performance. While KL Rahul scored 33 runs, Prithvi Shaw on the other hand, scored 33 runs and smashed 4 fours.

Once again, taking India on the winning side, Prithvi Shaw gained appreciation from all around the world. Posts and tweets applauding his performances flooded from all corners on the internet. From cricketers to fans, everyone took to twitter and congratulated the Indian team for their brilliant victory against West Indies.
