Gautam Gambhir Felt Overwhelmed After RCB Praised Him For His Contribution Towards PM CARES-Fund

The former Indian cricketer and current BJP MP Gautam Gambhir has extended his help and support towards the battle against the Coronavirus. Recently, Gautam Gambhir took to his Twitter and announced a massive help by contributing his two years’ salary towards the PM CARES Fund.

“People ask what can their country do for them. The real question is what can you do for your country? I am donating my 2 year’s salary to #PMCaresFund. You should come forward too! @narendramodi @JPNadda @BJP4Delhi #IndiaFightsCorona.” Gautam Gambhir had tweeted.

Soon, social media was flooded with tweets praising the cricketer. Amidst many, the official twitter handle of Royal Challengers Bangalore also took to their micro-blogging site Twitter and lauded the gesture of Gautam Gambhir to fight Coronavirus. He wrote:

The tweet soon caught the eyes of Gautam Gambhir, who was overwhelmed after reading the Tweet and came up with a heart-winning reply to RCB. In his tweet, Gautam Gambhir expressed how he hated losing to RCB but now the team has won over him with their appreciation tweet for the cricketer. Gautam Gambhir wrote:

Well, this isn’t it. RCB again showed respect by showering praises on Gautam Gambhir. In their tweet, RCB wrote that Gautam Gambhir has always played boldly while representing both the Indian team as well as for Kolkata Knight Riders. They wrote:
