Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal posted a video on his Twitter account asking the residents of Delhi about the treatment of someone who comes to the national capital from any other part of India. He expressed his concern over the raising Coronavirus cases and asked Delhites whether the state government should allow anyone coming from the other part of the nation to seek treatment for the virus in a local hospital.
Kejriwal further stated if he should reserve the hospitals for the local people only. He had a broadcast on Twitter where he discussed the following questions:
“With borders opening up but Corona cases rising, can Delhi open its hospitals for treatment of ppl from across the country? Will it put pressure on capacity to handle Corona? Should Delhi’s hospitals be reserved for Delhi residents?- We seek ur suggestions.”
“Just to hide your FAILURE, you want to punish innocent ppl merely because they live across the border? Those are INDIANS just like you and me! You promised of being ready for 30,000 patients in April, remember? Why ask such leading questions now Mr. Tughlaq?”

With the opening of the borders, it will be intriguing to see if the local governments will give adequate medical facilities to the residents of other states.
