Gautam Gambhir is one of the biggest match-winners in cricket history. In his long playing career for India, Gautam Gambhir achieved many personal milestones and helped Team India in winning matches and series. However, Gautam Gambhir’s biggest strength was his ability to control his emotions in the big matches and give match-winning performances.

Gautam Gambhir Named “The Greatest Indian Ever” Who Has Touched His Soul

In the 2007 T20 World Cup, Gautam Gambhir was one of India’s star performer and the way he batted in knock out games was a treat to watch for the Indian cricket fans. While most of the focus remains on Yuvraj Singh for his 6 sixes and other innings in the tournament, Gambhir’s spirited batting throughout the tournament can not be ignored.

After retrieving from playing competitive cricket, Gautam Gambhir joined the Bhartiya Janta Party and now he is a Member of Parliament from Delhi. Gambhir is very popular among the BJP supporters for his fierce and fearless nationalist views and many believe that he has the potential to become the Chief Minister of Delhi in the future.

During the lockdown, Gautam Gambhir and his foundation are doing all that they can to help the needy during the ongoing fight against the coronavirus. If you follow Gautam Gambhir on Twitter you would know about all the relief work he has been doing for the people of Delhi, as a true leader.

Recently, Gautam Gambhir shared a picture on social media while reading Shaheed Bhagat Singh Ji’s biography by Chaman Lal. He wrote that Bhagat Singh was the greatest Indian who ever lived and nobody has touched his soul as he has.

“For me, Bhagat Singh was the greatest Indian who ever lived! Nobody has touched my soul as he has! Reading his biography by Chaman Lal,” Gautam Gambhir tweeted.
