GIF: MS Dhoni’s Two Cracking Sixes Against West Indies

MS Dhoni played a spectacular knock in the third match of the ongoing One Day International (ODI) series between India and West Indies. Dhoni batted in his trademark style and anchored the Indian innings on a difficult batting wicket.

Dhoni came in to bat at number 5 after the fall of Yuvraj Singh’s wicket and put the pressure on West Indies by consistently rotating the strike and scoring boundaries at regular intervals. Dhoni, first formed a good partnership with Ajinkya Rahane and later with  Kedar Jadhav.

Dhoni is a master of analysing the game and making quick adjustments. The pitch was a bit double-paced and the ball wasn’t coming onto the bat. Some deliveries were holding after pitching and some took off. But, Dhoni kept his composure and showed very good technique to counter all the demons in the wicket. During his innings, Dhoni played many good strokes but there were two shots that stood out. Luckily, someone made a GIF of both the sixes and we have embedded it here for you, from Twitter.com.
