On the day of the final of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 after their emphatic victory over New Zealand, the Australian players were busy obliging the broadcasters with interviews on the field. In walked Sachin Tendulkar and the first sight of him made Glenn Maxwell (who was busy giving an interview) to run up and exchange pleasantries with the great man.

Maxwell and Tendulkar previously shared the dressing room when they represented the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League.
