India’s test specialist Hanuma Vihari is leaving no stones unturned to help out people in need amidst the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the country. He has been busy amplifying requests of common people on social media, helping them meet their requirements in these difficult times.
Not just he is using the power of social media but has also created a team of 100 volunteers to help people find/provide hospital beds, oxygen cylinders, and plasma. While the cricketer has been receiving praises from all the corners for his noble work, on the other hand, one netizen questioned his work, leaving Vohari frustrated.
It happened after Vihari took to his social media and echoed the need of a girl, requiring financial help as her brother and father are fighting for their lives on the ventilator. Sharing their pictures, Vihari wrote:
“A 22-year girl Anusha’s father and her brother both on the ventilator and are fighting for their life. They have no savings and the hospital bill is up to 1.5 lakh per day. Any help would be so big for her and her family. Link in bio.”

The post went viral in no time and was flooded with reactions from netizens. While many came up with helpful tweets, on the other hand, a fan tried to take a dig at Hanuma Vihari by asking him to pay himself as he is a famous athlete. The fan wrote:
“Why don’t you pay man !!!! You’re a famous athlete”.
Vihari was quick to notice the comment and came up with a response to the fan. Vihari slammed the user by saying: “It’s a shame but India is in this position because there are people like you living in this country. Real shame!!”.
