Harsha Bhogle is one of the most popular and loved names in the cricket world. Over the years, a lot has changed in the world of cricket, however, one thing that remains unchanged is the voice of cricket- Harsha Bhogle. As the fans say, what Sachin is to the 22-yards, Harsha is to the commentary box.

Hailed as ‘the voice of cricket in India’, Harsha has been a part of the commentary panel for a long time now and has entertained the fans by taking us through a number of memorable and iconic games of India. He has been a part of the team called “Few Good Men” which has commentated matches all around the world. He is also very active on social media, where he is known for giving his cricket-related opinions.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, the legendary commentator used the platform to correct a fan, who had praised him for giving his opinions on Twitter while doing commentary at the same time, during live matches. The fan wrote:

“It amazes me every time you manage to tweet in between your commentary. Modern day omni channel storytelling”

Harsha was quick to notice the Tweet from the fan and come up with a reply to it. In his reply, Harsha corrected the fan by writing how it is inappropriate to Tweet while commenting as all your focus should be on your game. He wrote:

“I realise you mean it positively but I never ever do it. It is inappropriate broadcasting discipline because your focus has to be on the game in front of you?”
