After two dropped catches by Deepak Chahar of Shubman Gill, who has been in sensational form in the ongoing season, CSK captain MS Dhoni joined hands with Ravindra Jadeja and got rid of the talented youngster.

Jadeja bowled a flat delivery on an off-stump line, Gill leaned forward to drive but the ball spun sharply. In the process, Gill’s back foot inadvertently slips out of the crease, and what happened was just magical. Dhoni was at his absolute best when he produced that lightning-fast stumping, that made Gill walk back to the pavilion with 39 runs off 20 balls, including 7 fours. Dhoni was exuding confidence when Jadeja asked to confirm the dismissal.
