Harsha Bhogle is one of the finest cricket analysts in the world. In his long broadcasting career, which is still going strong, Harsha has connected with cricket fans across the world with his free-flowing and enthralling commentary. Many of you would agree that Harsha Bhogle is an asset for the game of cricket and his presence in the commentary box adds so much more entertainment and sanity to the game of cricket.

Harsha Bhogle Said Pakistan Have Lost More Than Three And A Half Talented Players

Recently, Harsha Bhogle interacted with former Pakistani cricket and well-known commentator Ramiz Raja on his Youtube account, through a live video. It was a good interaction to watch for the fans as Pakistan cricket is once again through a tough phase as one of the promising players Umar Akmal has been banned for three years for his role in fixing.

During the interaction, Harsha Bhogle spoke about how the Pakistan Cricket Board has failed to nourish their talent in the recent past. Bhogle said that Pakistan have lost three and a half talented players in the last 10 years and he named Mohammad Asif, Mohammad Amir, Umar Akmal, and Ahmad Shahzad.

“Pakistan have lost more than three and a half talented players in the last 10 years. First would be Mohammad Asif, who many batsmen still rate as the best they faced. I would still say Pakistan has lost Mohammad Amir, although he has bowled well at times. Third would Umar Akmal and more than half would be Ahmed Shehzad,” Harsha Bhogle said during the interaction.

Harsha Bhogle Said Pakistan Have Lost More Than Three And A Half Talented Players

We completely agree with Harsha Bhogle in his assessment here. Pakistan have failed to completely utilize the talent of Mohammad Asif, Mohammad Amir, and Umar Akmal. These players go involved in illegal activities and didn’t focus on their games and performances.

We also loved the way in which Mr. Bhogle called Ahmad Shahzad half a talent.
