Harsha Bhogle Trolled Arnab Goswami On Twitter In A Very Subtle Way

Unnati MadanBy Unnati MadanUpdated:09/02/2023No Comments3 Mins Read

Harsha Bhogle, one of the most loved commentators around the world. His vast knowledge of the game and his simple yet unique style of commentary has made him the favorite of many. Harsha Bhogle is very active on Twitter, where he is often seen talking about many things – from cricket, politics to what’s happening around the world. He never shies away from writing his heart out.

Recently, Harsha Bhogle took to his twitter and took a subtle dig at Indian journalist and editor-in-chief of Republic TV, Arnab Goswami over his style of journalism.
Arnab Goswami is one of the most popular and bold journalists. He has become a household name in India as his news channel has the maximum number of English TV viewers in the country. From screaming at the top of his voice to his loud journalism during his prime time debate, he takes the cake away for having the most overbearing presence on Indian national television. However, it’s his style of journalism that makes him different from others.

But he is often trolled for the same as well. He is often seen at the receiving end of criticism and trolling because of his loud journalism. Recently, Arnab Goswami was trolled by Harsha Bhogle in his tweet.
In his tweet, Harsha wondered if everyone paid for quality content, would it bring an end to screaming and loud journalism. He wrote:
“If all of us paid for quality content, would we be free of screaming, loud journalism? Would love to hear from people who know more…..”

As soon as the tweet caught eyes, people on social media flooded it with their reactions. While many agreed with Harsha Bhogle, there were many who supported Arnab Goswami.
Here, check out the reactions of Twitterati on Harsha’s tweet:

Sometimes We do need screaming, loud journalism….

The “screaming, loud journalism” is actually the most honest journalism in our country.

Harsha Bhogle Sir,
I personally don’t watch these Screaming TV debate Shows, but the problem is no one is honest in the media, that’s the problem audience face worldwide, even here in USA CNN, WaPO, NYTIMES and etc etc just hate one party and other channels love the Same party.

You are your own boss, i have locked/ unpaid most news channels. Life is good. Watch nat geo, fox life instead at prime time unless ofcourse a match is on.

Well thank god that we can now choose which channels to watch and which ones to disconnect. But yes, there needs to be more civility on news channels. And yes, we done need 10-12 people on a debate. Anchors please remember you’re moderators and not participants.
