The fans were left in utter shock after the on-air spat between the Indian commentators Sanjay Manjrekar and Harsha Bhogle that took place during the just-concluded second Test between India and Bangladesh at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
As the Indian cricket team was heading towards the win, both the commentators caught everyone’s attention with their exchange of words.
Harsha Bhogle had said that players need to be asked about the visibility of the pink ball. But disagreeing with his statements, Sanjay Manjrekar took a sarcastic sly on him and said: “You need to ask perhaps, for us, those who have played the game, we have a fair idea of what’s happening out there.”
Seems like it wasn’t a good day for the commentator as, after a few hours of the spat, Harsha Bhogle took to his twitter and posted an interesting tweet. In his tweet, Harsha Bhogle pointed out that he now has a ‘new patience pill’ that helps stay calm under serious provocation. Harsha concluded the tweet by tolling the Uber cab for the service in a hilarious way. Harsha wrote:
“I have a new patience pill; helps you stay calm under serious provocation. Book an @Uber_India from Mumbai airport where 4 min arrival time is magically transformed into 18 @Uber_Support”
Here, check out the tweet:
While many agreed with him on the services of Uber, on the other hand, some fans related the “patience pill” thing with the spat he had with Sanjay Manjrekar. And the doubts of the fans only increased when Harsha Bhogle deleted the tweet.
