A total of 204 players were bought (out of a maximum possible 217 slots) in the two days of the IPL 2022 mega-auction held in Bangalore on Saturday and Sunday. Mumbai Indians regained the services of Ishan Kishan, making him the most expensive player of this year’s auction – worth a whopping INR 15.5 crore!
