Here’s The Latest Update On Jasprit Bumrah’s Injury: The Indian bowlers kickstarted brilliantly against South Africa after suffering a lower-order collapse on Day 3 of the ongoing Boxing Day Test match in Centurion. While the Indian bowlers kept everyone on the edge of their seats as they went all over the Proteas batsmen, however, an unfortunate incident involving Jasprit Bumrah left everyone shocked.

India’s pace sensation Jasprit Bumrah ended up twisting his right ankle while in the follow-through during the SA innings. Bumrah was briefly attended by the team physio on the field as he lay on the field wincing in pain before he was seen walking off in pain to the pavilion.

In positive signs, Bumrah was able to walk himself off the field.

Earlier, Bumrah had given team India an ideal start before the lunch break. He gave the much-needed breakthrough to the Indian cricket team by dismissing Proteas skipper Dean Elgar in the very first over of the innings.

After the lunch, Mohammed Shami got the ball moving as he skittled out the set betters Keegan Peterson and Aiden Markram and disturbed the stumps of the duo. Siraj also contributed by picking the wicket of Rassie van der Dussen. At the end of Day 3, India is leading by 146 runs in the second innings with 9 wickets in hand.
