Fans Are Trolling The BCCI For Dream11 Jersey: After a month-long break, the Indian cricket team is all set to return to action with a two-match Test series against West Indies, starting on Wednesday in Dominica. India’s last assignment was the World Test Championship Final against Australia, where they suffered a humiliating defeat. The WTC Final was also the first time that the Indian cricket team played a match with their new kit sponsor Adidas.
At that time, the jerseys that team India sported was well received by the fans, especially due to the fact that the team’s name ‘India’ was written in front. However, now Dream11 has taken up that place.
Yes, ahead of India vs West Indies series, the BCCI shared pictures of the players sporting the new jersey, which has left the fans unimpressed by the change.
Indian captain Rohit Sharma shared a selfie on his Instagram stories wearing the new jersey. Several pictures of his teammates in the new jersey have also popped up on Twitter and the sight of the new Dream11 logo in front of the jersey in place of where the team’s name was written during the WTC final has irked the fans.
It has to be noted, Dream XI had bagged the rights to be the team’s new jersey sponsor earlier this month.
