Indian and Royal Challengers Bangalore’s sensational bowler Yuzvendra Chahal is one of the most talented cricketers. He has impressed one and all with his bowling performances for the Indian cricket team. Besides his national duties, his journey in the Indian Premier League has been unusual until he joined the Virat Kohli-led franchise.
Yuzvendra Chahal was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore at the base price of Rs. 10 lakh in 2014 and then re-bought in the 2018 auction. However, not many are aware of the fact that Chahal was first introduced by Mumbai Indians in the year 2011.
Now, the leg spinner has become an integral part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore. The cricketer has given many game-changing performances for the Bangalore-based franchise.
Recently, while speaking in an interview with Crictracker, Chahal was asked if Royal Challengers Bangalore was off the table, which franchise he would wish to play for.
Responding to the question, Chahal was quick to name ‘Chennai Super Kings’ as the team he would love to join. He suggested that if it wasn’t for the Virat Kohli-led side, he would want to jump and join forces with the legendary Indian skipper MS Dhoni and would become a member of the ‘Whistle Podu’ army.
Meanwhile, seems like the fans on social media were left disappointed. Fans came up with mixed reactions to the recent statements of Yuzvendra Chahal. While the CSK fans were thrilled with the response of Chahal, however, there were many who were left disappointed and started trolling the cricketer.
