Rinku Played Another Blistering Knock Against Australia
The left-handed batsman aggressively smashed the Australian pacers across all corners of the ground. He played an unbeaten knock of 31 runs off just 9 balls to propel India beyond the 230-run mark. Rinku Singh walked out to bat in the 18th over and continued the momentum for the Indian cricket team after the half-centuries from Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ishan Kishan, and Ruturaj Gaikwad. India posted 235/5 in 20 overs.
Rinku’s brilliant knock was laced with 4 fours and a couple of sixes as the Australian pacers looked clueless bowling against him. The highlight of his knock was the stunning six straight down the ground which he hit on Sean Abbott’s low full toss. Shaw is touted as the next finisher for India in the white-ball formats.

Suryakumar Yadav Compared Rinku Singh MS Dhoni
After the match, captain Suryakumar Yadav hailed Rinku Singh in the post-match presentation ceremony. Surya expressed his happiness with his players or “taking responsibility” and executing their roles with precision in the ongoing T20I series against Australia. He said:
“The boys aren’t putting too much pressure on me, they’re taking responsibility. I told them before the toss to be prepared to bat first. There was a lot of dew after three overs, told the boys to back themselves,”
