1) ‘Vettel of the Week’ contest

While running a poll on their official Facebook page for their ‘Vettel of the Week’ contest, Fox Sports Australia asked its fans to vote between a puppy, a panda, a kitten and India captain Virat Kohli.

The post’s caption read: “Recent events have prompted a return of our Vettel of The Week award. Kids, ask your grandparents. The rest of you know the drill,” with the four images put up in the form of a collage and different emoticons assigned for each face.

2) Accusing Virat Kohli of striking an Australian official with an energy drink

“Virat Kohli might be the aggressor in the brazen campaign India is running against Australia’s integrity – even striking an Australian official with an orange Gatorade bottle – but coach Kumble, one of the main instigators of the Monkeygate fiasco, would appear to have reclaimed his role as the puppeteer behind the scenes,” said the reportt published in Daily Telegraph.

3) “Virat Kohli is Donald Trump of World Sport”

“Virat Kohli has become the Donald Trump of world sport. Just like President Trump, Kohli decided to blame the media as a means of trying to hide the egg smeared right across his face,” read the article published in Daily Telegraph.

4) Mocked Virat Kohli’s injury

5) “I am losing respect for Virat Kohli”

Former Australian captain Ian Healy accused Virat Kohli of disrespecting the match officials, without any proof.

“The pressure is starting to tell on (Kohli). I’m losing respect for him. He’s not only now continuing his disrespect of the Australian players and umpires, but I think he’s putting pressure on his own players now. You can read pressure all over Ravi Ashwin’s face. I think there’s massive cracks showing in (Kohli). He’s got to be a lot more respectful of his opponents. The stuff he did with Steve Smith was unacceptable.”
