India vs Australia 2017, Fourth Test, Dharamshala: Considering the condition and nature of the pitch, India are likely to play one more fast bowler and Indian skipper Virat Kohli has hinted at inclusion of Mohammed Shami in the squad.

Mohammad Shami made a comeback after his injury in the Vijay Hazare Trophy match against Tamil Nadu and took 4 wickets. Shami bowled with a lot of fire and troubled Tamil Nadu batsmen with his pace and bounce at Feroz Shah Kotla stadium in Delhi.

Indian captain Virat Kohli Virat has said that Mohammad Shami was sent to play in the Vijay Hazare Trophy so that he could get some match practice. He also added that he would like to have a word with the selectors on how and if Shami can be brought into the squad to get him a game in the fourth Test at Dharamshala.

“We sent him to play, wanted to give him match practice. I’ve not spoken to selectors but all kinds of possibility approaching the next Test,” Virat Kohli said in the post-match press conference after the third Test match in Ranchi.
