In the first innings of the ongoing one-off Test against Bangladesh, Virat Kohli scored his fourth double hundred in consecutive and became the first batsman in cricket history to do so. Kohli started this unbelievable steak of scoring double hundreds in consecutive series, against West Indies in Caribbean. He scored the first double hundred of his Test career against West Indies in Antigua. His second double hundred came in the third Test of the home series against New Zealand at Indore, in which he scored 211 runs in the first innings. He then scored his third double hundred against England at Wankhede stadium. Kohli rated his double hundred as one of the most “satisfying” knocks of his Test career so far.
