A very funny incident happened in the second match of the ongoing One Day International (ODI) series between India and England. England elected to bowl first after winning the toss and managed to take three early Indian wickets, including the priced wicket of India’s captain Virat Kohli. But, Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni batted brilliantly and slammed hundreds to take India’s score to 381 runs in 50 overs. Yuvraj Singh scored 150 runs off 127 balls and Dhoni played 122 balls and scored 134 runs.

Coming back to the funny incident that happen during India’s innings, England’s fast bowler Liam Plunkett overstepped and a free-hit was awarded to India.

The incident occurred in the 44th over and MS Dhoni was on strike when Plunked bowled a full delivery that despite of hitting the stumps went for four runs over England’s wicketkeeper Jos Buttler’s head. Now, because it was a free-hit and the only way a batsman can get out on free hit is by getting himself run-out, 4 byes were added to India’s total.
