The Gujarat Lions all-rounder, Dwayne Bravo, has been fined 50 per cent of his match fee for breaching the Indian Premier League (IPL) Code of Conduct during his team’s match against Mumbai Indians at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur on Saturday (May 21).
Dwayne Bravo,who is one of the best death bowlers in the tournament, admitted to the Level 2 offence (Article 2.2.7) for inappropriate and deliberate physical contact with a player in the course of play during a match.
For Level 2 breaches of the IPL Code of Conduct, the match referee’s decision is final and binding.
