IPL 2017: Rising Pune Supergiants’ all-rounder Ben Stokes played one of the best IPL knocks on Monday in the match against The Gujarat Lions. Stokes, who was the costliest player in IPL 2017 auction, scored his maiden IPL hundred and won the match single-handedly with his bat.
This knock had class written all over it. It was a great exhibition of power hitting coupled with some elegant stroke play, by the English all-rounder. Stokes was making good contribution for RPS but a big knock for him was due.
