Harsha Bhogle Wrote A Beautiful Tweet For Rohit Sharma: Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma rediscovered his form and made a stellar comeback after a dull season in the ongoing 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League. Rohit played a stunning knock of 43 runs against Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat Titans at the Brabourne Stadium.

The ongoing season had been no less than a nightmare for the Indian captain Rohit Sharma, as he kept struggling for runs. However, this performance of Rohit would have eased the concerns of the fans and experts as the Hitman looked in imperious touch throughout his knock.

Coming out to bat first, Mumbai Indians had their best powerplay of the ongoing season, with captain Rohit Sharma coming back to his form, scoring 42 runs in just 24 balls. He was well supported by opener Ishan Kishan, who also came back to form and scored 45 runs off 29 balls.

During his stellar knock, Rohit Sharma played some stunning shots, including his iconic pull shot, that left every fan in awe of one of the most destructive T20 batters. His knock was laced with 5 fours and 2 sixes.

While fans are going gaga over the stunning knock of Hitman, popular cricket commentator and analyst, Harsha Bhogle also joined the bandwagon and came up with an interesting tweet. In his Tweet, Harsha expressed his delight over the stunning pull shot played by Rohit. He wrote:

“The Rohit touch shot. The Rohit pull shot. Back on show.”

The Rohit touch shot. The Rohit pull shot. Back on show.

Though, Rohit is back on track, but his team is currently enduring the worst season in the history of IPL. Mumbai Indians are currently sitting at the bottom of the IPL 2022 points table, with only 2 points, having won only 1 game out of the 9 games they have played so far. Mumbai is currently playing their 10th match of the season and irrespective of the result tonight, MI will stay at the bottom of the points-table.
