KL Rahul, the Lucknow Super Giants skipper once again played a stunning innings for his side as he slammed his second century of the ongoing 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League. KL Rahul once again came to Lucknow’s rescue as he played a captain’s knock to pull his team to a fighting total of 168/6 in 20 overs at the iconic Wankhede Stadium.

It has to be noted that KL Rahul’s first century of the IPL 2022 also came against Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians. On a pitch, where all the other Lucknow batters’ failed to perform, KL Rahul played like a one-man army as he single-handedly rebuilt the innings for his side. He paced his innings well and smashed the MI bowlers all around the park.

After being asked to bat first, KL Rahul walked out to bat with Quinton de Kock, however, the latter was dismissed (10 off 9 balls) early to Jasprit Bumrah. Rahul was then joined by Manish Pandey and the two batters tried to steady the ship as they added 58 runs for the second wicket.
