IPL 2023: “Sara Bhabhi Jaisi Ho” – Fans Tease Shubman Gill

During the IPL 2023 match between the Chennai Super Kings and the Gujarat Titans, the crowd at the Narendra Modi Stadium booed and chanted “Sara Tendulkar” at Shubman Gill. The defending champions needed 19.2 overs to beat the four-time IPL champions after being set a target of 179. Shubman made a crucial contribution to the victory and scored the game-winning fifty.

Gill’s impressive batting performance won over the crowd, but not before some hecklers started making fun of the kid. Sara Tendulkar chants were created by the crowd to make fun of him.

This isn’t the first time the crowd has made fun of Shubman by bringing up Sara. Sara’s name was frequently used as a form of teasing against the cricketer during the 2022–23 home season. Sara and Shubman’s relationship status remains unknown.

Vijay Shankar’s 27 not out was pivotal, and he was joined in the victory by Rahul Tewatia (15*) and Rashid Khan (10*). On Monday, GT will travel to take on the Delhi Capitals, while CSK will welcome the Lucknow Super Giants to their home stadium (April 3).
