Spectators have been enthralled by the tournament’s thrilling climaxes and spectacular demonstrations of talent. A few of players have stood out thanks to their extraordinary batting and bowling abilities. They’ve obviously been the centre of attraction of the fans. Some players have shown such deft batting abilities and taken the IPL by storm with their run scoring. On the other hand, the bowling department, however, has seen some players really show off their talent. They have puzzled batters with their deliveries. There will be more thrilling moments and surprising twists as the IPL 2024 continues to progress.

Virat Kohli (RCB)

RCB’s star batter, Virat Kohli is at the front of the pack, having scored 319 runs in six games at an astounding average of 79.75  and strike rate of 141.77. He is also the current holder of the orange cap.

Rohit Sharma (MI)

Rohit Sharma has been outstanding for the Mumbai Indians, demonstrating his batting ability with 261 runs scored at an astounding average of 52. He has a strike rate of 167.30.

Sanju Samson (RR)

As captain of the Rajasthan Royals, Sanju Samson has been a major force. He has smashed 264 runs at an astounding 66 average. He has a strike rate of 155.29. He will also be the captain of this XI and will bat number 3.

Riyan Parag (RR)

The fans of Rajasthan Royals have been taken over by the performances of youngster Riyan Parag. With a blistering strike rate of 155.19 and an outstanding average of 71, he has scored 284 runs. He will bat at number 4.

Shivam Dube (CSK)

Heinrich Klaasen (SRH)

Andre Russell (KKR)

Jasprit Bumrah (MI)

Bowling for Mumbai Indians, Jasprit Bumrah has been outstanding. He has scalped 10 wickets in six games at an incredible economy rate of 5.95. He will lead the bowling attack.

Yuzvendra Chahal (RR)

The Rajasthan Royals’ leg-spinner, Yuzvendra Chahal, has been outstanding. He has taken eleven wickets in six games while keeping an economy rate of 7.4 and is leading the purple cap rankings.

Mustafizur Rahman (CSK)

With 10 wickets in five games at an economy rate of 9.15, Mustafizur Rahman of Chennai Super Kings has been in superb form. So, he will round off our playing XI.
