IPL 2022: Harsha Bhogle Wrote An Apt Tweet For Sanju Samson

Popular commentator and cricket analyst Harsha Bhogle shared a special Tweet for Rajasthan Royals’ skipper Sanju Samson, when he walked out to bat against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the ongoing IPL 2022 clash at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

Sanju Samson is one of the most talented batters in Indian cricket. He might be a bit underrated but he has got the temperament and all those stunning shots that are required to succeed at the highest level. The keeper-batter from Kerala is known to be a clean striker of the ball and is known for adapting to situations well when it comes to batting.

As Sanju Samson walked out to bat in the ongoing IPL 2022 match between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, a lot was expected from his bat.

Sanju Samson, who walked out to bat after Buttler’s dismissal, started off brilliantly against RCB‘s Hasaranga, smashing him a six and a four in the 6th over of the match. Impressed with his hitting, Harsha Bhogle took to his Twitter and penned an apt tweet for the RR skipper. Bhogle echoed the sentiments of many fans as he wrote:

Always on the edge of your seat watching Sanju Samson bat…..”

Check out the Tweet:

After having lost the big wicket of Jos Buttler, Samson was expected to make it big for the team, however, he couldn’t make it big with the bat as it was Hasaranga who once again won the battle against Samson and dismissed him in 23 balls. Hasaranga came to bowl the 10th over of the match and he dismissed Samson on the third ball. Samson walked back to the pavilion after scoring 27 runs off 21 balls, including 3 sixes and 1 four.

Meanwhile, after batting first, Rajasthan Royals posted a target of 144 runs on the scoreboard. It will be interesting to see whether RCB will be able to chase down the target or not.
