India’s star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja and former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan were involved in a hilarious banter on social media ahead of the 3rd T20I match between Sri Lanka and India on Sunday. Irfan Pathan trolled Ravindra Jadeja for blinking too much during a press conference as he penned a hilarious tweet.
Well, while commenting on a video of Ravindra Jadeja’s press conference, Irfan Pathan tweeted, “Baapu needs eye drops.”.

Jadeja was quick to notice the Tweet and come up with a reply to it. In his reply, Jadeja said that he had worn lenses for the first time when he played the 2nd T20I against Sri Lanka in Dharamsala, which is why he was blinking so much.

Responding to this, Irfan lauded the all-rounder’s effort in team India’s 7-wicket win. In his reply, Pathan said that it seemed as if Jadeja was using a binocular instead of lenses, spotting the ball clearer than most of the batters during the game. He wrote: “Jevi rite batting chale che laage che ke binoculars pehrya che;) lage raho baapu.”

Talking about his performance, Ravindra Jadeja wreaked havoc with the bat as he rained fours and sixes at the HPCA stadium in Dharamshala in the second T20I against Sri Lanka. He played a stunning knock of 45 runs off just 18 balls. His stunning knock was laced with 7 fours and 1 six. In the 3rd T20I match as well, Jadeja scored 22 runs off 15 balls and remained unbeaten.
