Indian Premier League 2022 champs Gujarat Titans hogged all the limelight on social media after they shared a cryptic Tweet for their star opener, Shubman Gill. On Saturday, Gujarat Titans took to social media and wished their star batter Shubman Gill ‘All the best’ for his next endeavor. Not just this, adding more to the confusion Gujarat Titans called it a journey to remember with Gill while not giving any more details.

The cryptic Tweet read: ” It’s been a journey to remember. We wish you all the best for your next endeavor, @ShubmanGill!,” Shubman Gill quickly noticed the Tweet and rapidly responded with a couple of emojis.

Shubman Gill played a key role in Gujarat Titans’ title-winning campaign in the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League. Gill played an anchor role for the side and allowed the likes of Wriddhiman Saha, Hardik Pandya, David Miller, and Rahul Tewatia to play their aggressive best.

The 23-year-old batter finished as his team’s second-highest run-scorer, amassing 483 runs in 16 matches at an average of 34.50 and strike rate of 132.33. Infact, Gill had smashed a stunning six to seal GT’s final in the summit clash against Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. This cryptic conversation between Shubman Gill and Gujarat Titans has left the fans confused, wondering whether the cricketer is parting ways with the franchise.

Meanwhile, it still remains to be seen if Gill is leaving the franchise or is this all a part of any social media campaign from GT. The trading window between franchises for the 2023 season of IPL  will also open soon.
