The Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli has been receiving praises from all corners for his gritty and brave knock in the ongoing third and final Test match against South Africa in Cape Town. Hailed as the modern legend of the game, Virat Kohli scored his second slowest fifty but it was also the best one.
Virat Kohli who missed the second Test match of the ongoing series at the Wanderers due to an upper back spasm, returned with a bang as he opened his account like a king by smashing a stunning cover drive in the 19th over against Marco Jansen after struggling to score any runs off the first 15 balls.
He walked out to bat after the departure of Mayank Agarwal and KL Rahul and took the game by storm. He got off the mark with a glorious cover drive and reached his fifty in a similar trademark fashion as well. The way he batted in between that, gave everyone the same old vibes. The grit, the determination, and the passion, that knock was filled with Virat Kohli’s class.
