IPL Update: Rohit Sharma Hopes For Ishan Kishan’s Quick Recovery After Terrible Injury

The 14th match was equally painful and interesting at the same time. The match was held between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the very famous, Wankhade Stadium, Mumbai.
Mumbai Indians won the match beating Royal Challengers Bangalore by a huge margin of 46 runs. Unfortunately an incident stunned everyone and left everyone in a state of shock.

Ishan Kishan, the wicket keeper of Mumbai Indians, got severely injured as the ball hit badly on his eye. The blow was so sudden and bad, that he fell on the ground.Every single person was in shock after this incident, however, even after this incident the way he walked out of the ground stole everyone’s heart.

However, seems like Ishan Kishan will recover by the next match . The captain of the team, Rohit Sharma termed the incident as “unfortunate”.  He also said that he is expecting to be fine soon.

Talking about Ishan’s injury, Rohit Sharma said:
“That was very unfortunate but he seems all-right. He has got (a) little swelling in his eyes, which should be ok by tomorrow (or) day after”

He added:
“We have got few days before we play the next match on the 22nd (April), we will assess (him) and hopefully he will be fine,”
Well, it will be great to watch Ishan Kishan return on the ground with the bang.
The next match of Mumbai Indians will be against Rajasthan Royals on 22nd April, Sunday. We can’t wait to watch him back on the grounds again.
