Former India captain and superstar cricketer Virat Kohli also congratulated the ISRO team for their success.

“Many congratulations to the #Chandrayaan3 team. You have made the nation proud 🇮🇳
Jai Hind!” Virat Kohli tweeted.

The current captain Rohit Sharma, too, joined the bandwagon: “The 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to reach the lunar south pole.
That’s got a nice ring to it A proud moment for each one of us & a big congratulations to @isro for all their efforts,” Rohit Sharma tweeted.

As for the team in Ireland, the Jasprit Bumrah-led unit has sealed the series with a 2-0 lead. The 3rd T20I will be played on Wednesday.
