Jasprit Bumrah On World Health Day: The whole world continues to fight against the dangerous Coronavirus, which has infected the lives of lakhs and taken the lives of thousands of people around the world. So far, 1,363,123 people have been infected by the disease and 76,383 have died because of the disease. The situation has been worsening with every passing day with thousands of cases increasing every day.

Many parts of the world have been completely under the lockdown and people have been asked to stay indoors and maintain ‘social distancing’. However, there are many people out there including healthcare personals, police officials and other people in essential services, who are selflessly working for us even in this tough hour tirelessly.

On Tuesday, the whole world paid their tributes to the health care personnel on World Health Day. Social media is flooded with posts and tweets from people lauding the efforts of the selfless people around the world.




On Tuesday, the Indian sensational fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah took to his micro-blogging site Twitter and has lauded the healthcare professionals on World Health day. In his Tweet, Jasprit wrote how these people need our support and the best way to do is to stay indoors. He also thanked these people for working selflessly for us. He wrote:

“It is a day to appreciate every healthcare professional putting their life on the line for us. Now, more than ever, they need our support and the best way to do that is to stay indoors. A big thank you to all of them for fighting for us every day”
