England’s star bowler Jofra Archer is one of the most popular cricketers on social media. He has become a craze among the fans and is hailed as the ‘Twitter Guru’. It won’t be wrong to say that one can find an old Jofra Archer tweet for almost every major action that takes place or has taken place on the cricket ground.

The England cricketer has relatable tweets for almost every big or small event that takes place on the field. Not just this, even ICC had taken note of Archer’s Twitter account and had shared his tweets.

Archer, who is one of the highest-paid cricketers in the Indian Premier League, also tweeted about Rohit Sharma during IPL 2014. Well, an old tweet of Jofra Archer has been going viral on the micro-blogging site, where he has slammed the Mumbai Indians skipper during the league stage match between Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals.

Well, what happened was after winning the toss Mumbai Indians had asked Royals to bat first. However, unimpressed with Mumbai Indians’ decision to bat first, Archer slammed Rohit and wrote: “This is foolishness Rohit.”

Well, while it isn’t known why Archer was upset with the veteran IPL skipper, RR got a decent start in the final league stage of the IPL 2014. That particular game is still remembered for Aditya Tare’s six off James Faulkner.

Chasing a total of 190 runs, Mumbai Indians needed only four runs off the 4th ball of the 15th over to make it to the playoffs. And Aditya Tare smashed MI into the second round with a six off the only ball he faced.

Meanwhile, talking about Jofra Archer, the right-arm pacer missed the first half of IPL 2021 due to an elbow issue. Archer recently underwent the surgery for his elbow and is very unlikely to feature in the 2nd phase of the tournament.
