Kevin Pietersen Trolled Indian Cricket Fans On Twitter: England cricket team bowled India out for 192 on Day 5 and became the first team to beat India at the MA Chidambaram stadium since 1999. England cricketers crushed team India by 227 runs in the just concluded 1st test match to take the lead of 1-0 in the four-match Test series.

Soon after India lost the match, former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen took to his Twitter and teased the Indian cricket fans. In his tweet, KP reminded everyone of his warning that he gave after India defeated Australia in the Border-Gavaskar trophy. KP wrote:

“India , yaad hai maine pehele hi chetawani di thi ke itna jasn na manaye jab aapne Australia ko unke ghar pe haraya tha”

For the unversed, after team India’s heroics at the Gabba, KP took to his Twitter and warned India that they are yet to face the ‘real team’. KP hinted at the ongoing Ind vs Eng Test series and warned India to be careful and do not go overboard with the celebrations before the England series. He wrote:

“India ?? – yeh aitihaasik jeet ka jashn manaye kyuki yeh sabhi baadhao ke khilaap hasil hui hai LEKIN , ASLI TEAM ??????? ? toh kuch hafto baad a rahi hai jisse aapko harana hoga apne ghar mein . Satark rahe , 2 saptaah mein bahut adhik jashn manaane se saavadhaan rahen ?”

(It roughly translates to: “India celebrate this historic series win because you have claimed after fighting and overcoming many adversaries. But the real team (England) will arrive after a few weeks. You have to beat them at home. So be careful. Do not go overboard with your celebrations in the next two weeks.”)

Meanwhile, the second test will kickstart from 13th February, i.e, on Saturday. It was India’s first test loss at Chennai in 1999. It will be interesting to see if India is able to make a comeback in the game.
