Undoubtedly, this season of IPL is going to be the greatest season of the IPL till now. The opening match was itself the testanomy of this fact. What an absolute brilliant opening it was for the great league ahead.
In the first match we saw how Dwayne Bravo smashed one stunning shot after the other in yesterday match and gave a match-winning performance. Since then people were talking about his brilliant performance.
Now, in the second match, that was held between Delhi Daredevils and Kings XI Punjab, KL Rahul gave an amazing performance. He whacked the ball to all the parts of PCA Stadium in Mohali and dropped everyone’s jaw with his stunning performance.
Not just us, but his partner Mayank Agarwal watched his performance in complete awe as KL Rahul failed to even break a sweat as he went to deliver one shot after the other.
His performance was like an eye treat for the fans, and not just that, KL Rahul created an history in the Indian Premier League. Yes, KL Rahul became the fastest batsman to score half-century in only 14 balls in the history of IPL. He smashed 4 sixes and 6 fours.
However, his runrate was lowered after the 15th ball and KL Rahul was also dismissed at the score of 51 runs, when he was trying to hit another shot. But his performance has created a havoc on social media. People are going crazy on social media.
While the performance of Yuvraj Singh was not that good as it was expected by the fans. He scored 12 runs in 22 balls including 2 fours. On the other hand, Nair gave a brilliant performance and scored an half-century in 33 balls which included 5 fours and 2 sixes.
Gautam Gambhir, the captain of Delhi Daredevils scored his 36th IPL fifty.
Kings XI Punjab won the match after delivering a stunning performance against Delhi Daredevils.
