Shah Rukh Khan has a history of getting into trouble at IPL matches. In 2012, he confronted security staff and officials during a KKR vs. Mumbai Indians game. As a result, the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) imposed a five-year ban on him, prohibiting him from entering MCA premises, including the Wankhede Stadium.

Shah Rukh Khan might be in trouble again after he was caught smoking a cigarette during the IPL 2024 match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Saturday (March 23).

KKR set a formidable total of 208 for 7 in their 20 overs. Despite a shaky start, with the team at 51 for 4, Phil Salt and Ramandeep Singh’s partnership helped stabilize the innings, taking the score past 100 before both were eventually dismissed.

KKR found themselves at 119 for 6 by the 14th over, but Andre Russell turned the tide with a blistering innings. He partnered with Rinku Singh to add 81 runs for the seventh wicket. However, T Natarajan ended their stand by dismissing Singh for 23 runs in the final over.

Russell’s unbeaten 64 runs came off just 25 balls, featuring three fours and seven sixes. Among the SRH bowlers, T Natarajan claimed three wickets, while Mayank Markande took two. As of now, SRH is at 60 for no loss in the sixth over.
