KL Rahul Talks About His Equation With Anil Kumble
KL Rahul, who has been a key cog in the batting attack of Kings XI Punjab, will be seen leading his team Kings XI Punjab in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League. Recently, was all praises for Anil Kumble, who has been appointed as Director of Cricket Operations.
Former Indian cricketer and former head coach of the Indian cricket team is known for being a thinking coach and mentor. Recently, KL Rahul, in a video posted by IPL on Twitter spoke about his equation with Anil Kumble and how it will help in his upcoming stint with Kings XI Punjab. Talking about the same in the video, KL Rahul said:
“Somebody like Anil bhai helps me immensely because I share a very good relationship off the field as we are from the same state and has made life as captain very easy,” 
KL Rahul Talks About His Equation With Anil Kumble
He added:
“I know he (Anil Kumble) will do most of the planning and I just have to go out in the middle and carry it out,”
Meanwhile, it was in the year 2014, when Kings XI Punjab made it to the knock-out stage and when they finished runner-ups. Incidentally, the first half of the IPL that time was played in the UAE. In the upcoming edition of the league, the team would hope to break the jinx and made it to the title.
