KL Rahul To Miss IND vs PAK Clash

In what will be great news for Indian cricket fans, the injured batting duo — KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer have been selected for the marquee tournament. Both Rahul and Iyer have been given the ‘green light’ by National Cricket Academy (NCA) doctor Dr Nitin Patel to resume their national duties.

“Shreyas Iyer has been declared fully fit. It is great news. KL Rahul is carrying a niggle. But we expect him to get fit by the second or third game of the Asia Cup. These two are extremely important players for us,” Ajit Agarkar said.

It has to be noted that KL Rahul has been out of action for four months but he has now all set to return to the Indian side.
