Latest ICC ODI Players Rankings Have Been Announced

South African cricketers dominate the latest ICC ODI Rankings. Proteas captain AB de Villiers is the number 1 batsman in the world as per the latest ODI rankings. He is three points ahead of Australia’s David Warner, who is at number 2 position with 871 points.

India’s captain Virat Kohli, who will lead India for the first time in a ICC tournament, is at number 3 position with 852 points.

In the bowling department, South Africa’s young fast bowler Kagiso Rabada has climbed up to the top of the ladder with 724 points. He is closely followed by his teammate Imran Tahir, who is at number 2 spot with 721 points.

The ongoing ICC Champions Trophy 2017 will give players enough opportunities to improve their ranking. It is one of the most prestigious cricket tournaments and top 8 cricket playing nations will compete against each other for the ICC Champions Trophy.
