Latest ICC Test Rankings: Pakistan slip down to 5th spot, India remain 1st

Pakistan are the biggest losers in the latest ICC Test rankings. After getting whitewashed in the recently concluded Test series against Australia, Pakistan lost 5 points and now they are number 5 on the list. Not long ago, Pakistan were the number 1 Test team in the world and ICC officials specially travelled to Pakistan to hand over the ICC Test Mace to Pakistan, which was received by Misbah-ul-Haq.

Australia, after demolishing Pakistan, gained 4 points and jumped up to the number 2 spot in the latest ICC Test Rankings.

India are still the number 1 Test side in the world. After beating England 4-0 in the recently concluded 5-match Test series, India are sitting at the top of the table with 120 points.

These numbers can change when Australia will travel to India for a 4 match Test series which begins on February 23rd. It will be a very interesting series as Australia are a very strong unit and they would want to prove their metal by doing well against India in India.
