MI vs CSK: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) finished runners-up in IPL 2019 and will start as the favorites to win IPL 2020 in the UAE. For the first time in CSK’s history, their star batsman Suresh Raina will not play for them as the southpaw has opted out of the season because of personal reasons.
Nevertheless, MS Dhoni still has a strong squad by his side, which could seize the IPL trophy on 10th November. Chennai will feature in the tournament’s opening match against defending champions Mumbai Indians in a rematch of last year’s final. However, they will not have four major players in their squad for that game.

The biggest blow for CSK: Suresh Raina
As mentioned ahead, multi-time IPL winner Suresh Raina will not be available for CSK in IPL 2020. Although some reports suggest that he could be back in the second half of the season, the chances that he features in the first match against Mumbai are negligible. His absence from the ‘MI vs CSK’ match and rest of the season is going to be a huge blow for CSK.

Former Mumbai Indians skipper Harbhajan Singh was supposed to play for Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2020. He could have made a massive impact in the UAE, but even Bhajji skipped the IPL because of personal reasons.
