Virat Kohli is now the fastest batsman to reach 17000 international runs. Virat Kohli went past Hashim Amla to be the fastest batsman to reach 17000 international runs.

Virat Kohli now has 9588 runs in ODIs from 208 matches and has piled up 5554 runs from 66 matches. As for the T20 Internationals, Virat Kohli has 1956 runs from 55 matches.

Virat Kohli is going strength to strength with each game and each inning. He has made batting look so simple has redefined consistency, performance, and fitness.

While Hashim Amla took 381 innings, Brain Lara and Sachin Tendulkar took 389 innings and 394 innings, Virat Kohli did that in just 363 innings. This speaks for his consistency and his class. He is surely headed to smash every possible batting record and we take ample pride in his performance which has left the world in awe of him.
